Algebra II:
Students tested their knowledge of equation solving today by taking their first quiz over sections 2-4 of Chapter 1.  Prior to, students solved equations containing absolute values (notes below).

Assignment:

Do 1-5: 3-9 odds, 10-15, 35-39 odds, 61, 67, 70, 74, 78-79

I now have calculator batteries.  $2 for four AAA’s.

I also have my engraver for engraving your name in your calculator.

Statistics:

Today we discussed errors in measurement, bias and random error, as well as how to improve reliability.
