Assignments for Tuesday, 9/25/2012

Algebra II:
Students worked in small groups to evaluate and categorize equations by attribute: parallel, perpendicular, y-intercept, x-intercept, intersecting a point in space.  Students applied their learning to write equations for a geometric shape (rectangle).

Assignment:
Complete the "Parallel and Perpendicular Lines" problem sheet.
Due at the beginning of class tomorrow.

Statistics:
Students began their study of Sampling and Surveying by identifying what make a sample good or bad.
