Today we began our study of C3-Designing Experiments with an actual study to determine the effectiveness of Therapeutic Touch via "Human Energy Field".  Here's the data:

After calculating the average % correct, students are to determine how this compares with what would be expected if students were just guessing.  Is there a member of class able to detect a "Human Energy Field"?
Algebra II:
Today's topic was adding and subtracting rational expressions.

The rest of us are watching "The Elegant Universe," a movie about String Theory, a theory that proposes that the fundamental ingredients of nature are inconceivably tiny strands of energy, and attempts to unite general relativity and quantum mechnaics.
